The Pensacola Blue Wahoos have a second identity this season, and it is built around the city's deepest connection to military aviation.
The team unveiled the Pensacola Sky Jockeys at a ceremony at Pensacola International Airport before the season. The alternate brand uses a blue and yellow color scheme drawn directly from the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, the flight demonstration squadron based at NAS Pensacola.
It is the first military aviation-themed alternate identity in the team's history. The Sky Jockeys uniform appears on Copa de la Diversión dates: May 5, June 16 and August 18. Copa is Minor League Baseball's celebration of the Latino community.
A Sky Jockeys-themed Bat Albert bobblehead, a nod to the C-130 Fat Albert support plane, is a fan giveaway on July 24. The Blue Wahoos are the Double-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins. The 2026 season opened April 3 at Blue Wahoos Stadium, 351 W. Cedar St.
